Missing Seminar Due to Health and Payment Issues

I take full responsibility for not being present, and I regret that my personal health issues with kidney stones and gallstones interfered with my professional commitments. I know that you put in a lot of effort to organize this seminar and it was not my intention to let you down or to miss out on a valuable learning opportunity. To prevent this from happening in the future, I am taking steps to ensure that I manage my health better and keep you informed if I face any challenges that might affect my attendance. I also plan to follow up on the seminar content and will take the necessary steps to catch up on what I missed, including any required payments. I appreciate your understanding regarding my situation and would welcome any guidance you may have on how I might be able to rejoin the course or make amends.
