Apology Letters to Supervisor.
Missing Baseball Practice Due to Suspension

I want to sincerely apologize for missing the first hour of baseball practice. I know that my actions, which led to my school suspension, not only disrupted my own schedule but likely caused frustration for you and the team. I understand that as my supervisor, you depend on all of us to show up and contribute, and I let you down. I take full responsibility for my choices and realize that I should have made better decisions. I didn’t consider how my behavior could impact the team’s preparation and your planning for practice. I genuinely regret that my actions disrupted the flow of our work together, and I’m truly sorry for any added stress this may have caused you. Moving forward, I am committed to ensuring this doesn’t happen again. I’ve reflected on my actions and am taking concrete steps to stay on track with my responsibilities. I’ve set up a system to help me better manage my time and priorities, and I will seek support when I need it to avoid making similar mistakes in the future. I appreciate your understanding and patience as I work to improve myself. If you’re open to it, I’d like to have a conversation about how I can support the team better and regain your trust. Thank you for your time, and I hope to make this right.
