I want to sincerely apologize for the disrespectful comments I made during our last team meeting. I realize that my words not only undermined your authority but also disrespected the hard work you put into leading our team. I can only imagine how that must have felt, and I deeply regret contributing to an uncomfortable atmosphere. I take full responsibility for my actions. There is no excuse for what I said, and I recognize that my behavior was unprofessional and hurtful. You deserve to be treated with respect, and I failed to uphold that standard. I've reflected on my actions and understand how they can affect not just our working relationship, but the team dynamics as a whole. To ensure this doesn’t happen again, I am committed to being more mindful of my words and how they may impact others. I’m also open to receiving any feedback you may have about how I can improve and better support you and the team moving forward. I understand if you need some time to process this, but I genuinely hope we can talk about it when you’re ready.
