I’m really sorry for how I’ve been behaving lately. I thought it would be cute to get under your skin a bit, but I see now that all I did was make you angry, and that’s the opposite of what I wanted. You have this incredible way of looking adorable when you’re frustrated, and I guess my brain misfired, thinking that pushing your buttons would somehow win me your heart. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. I realize that my antics might have made you feel disrespected or like I don’t care about your feelings, and that’s the last thing I would want. You deserve someone who uplifts you, not someone who acts like a child trying to get a laugh at your expense. I take full responsibility for being immature, and I promise to do better. To make it right, I’m going to put my effort into being more supportive and understanding because you deserve that. I’ll save my attempts at humor for the moments that actually call for them and focus on making you smile in a way that doesn’t involve being a goofball that gets it wrong. I hope you can give me a chance to show you that I can learn from this. Please take your time to process all this.
