I’m really sorry for calling you a bitch so many times before. I know those words were hurtful, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable, especially coming from me. I can only imagine how painful and degrading it must have felt to hear that from someone who’s supposed to care about you. You didn’t deserve that, not ever. I take full responsibility for my words and the damage they caused. There’s no excuse for what I said or how I let my anger or frustration come out that way. I should have communicated better, with kindness and respect, not insults. You mean more to me than any moment of anger, and I hate that I made you feel otherwise. I’m committed to changing how I express myself, especially when things get tough. I’m working on recognizing my triggers and finding healthier ways to talk through our problems without tearing you down. You deserve to feel safe and loved, never disrespected. If you’re willing, I’d like to talk about this whenever you feel ready. I want to listen to how it affected you and figure out how to rebuild the trust I broke.
