Arguing Over a Morning Photo Request

I'm sorry I argued with you this afternoon about the photo. You said you'd send it later, and when evening came I lost my temper and pushed you — that was wrong. I shouldn't have turned a small, optional request into a fight. I know my words and tone probably made you feel rushed, guilty, or disrespected, and I hate that I put you in that position. Instead of trusting you or respecting your timing, I let impatience and expectation control how I spoke to you. That's hurtful, and I take full responsibility for it. I want to be clearer about how I’ll do better: I won’t demand or pressure you for pictures or anything else, and if I find myself getting annoyed I’ll step away and calm down before I say anything. I’ll ask for what I want without making it a demand, and I’ll listen when you say “later.” If I mess up, I’ll apologize right away instead of doubling down. If you’re open to it, I’d like to talk about how that felt for you and any boundaries you want me to honor. I don’t want to make excuses — only to change.
