Instead, I'll be concrete about what I will do differently: I will confirm plans with you the day before, set clear reminders, and tell you immediately if something genuinely changes. If I ever can't make it, I will reach out as early as possible so you aren't left guessing. To try to make this up, I'd like to plan another ride at a time that works for you — my treat for gas/coffee and I'll handle the details so it's stress-free.
