Causing You Worry and Disappointment

I need to start by saying how deeply sorry I am for the hurt I caused you. My actions were thoughtless and I see now how they impacted you. I can only imagine the disappointment and frustration I put you through, and it pains me to know that I let you down. I realize now that my choices didn’t just affect me; they affected you too. You’ve always been there for me, and I took your support for granted. I regret how my behavior may have made you feel, and the worry or sadness it may have caused you. You deserve better than that. I want to take full responsibility for what I did. There are no excuses for my actions, and I won’t make any. I understand that words alone won't fix things, but I’m committed to showing you that I can learn from this. I’m working on understanding the root of my behavior, and I’m seeking help to ensure I don’t repeat these mistakes in the future. More than anything, I want to rebuild the trust we had. I’m here whenever you’re ready to talk things through. I know it might take time, and I want to respect your space while also letting you know how much you mean to me.
