Speaking Disrespectfully to You

I want to start by saying I’m truly sorry for the way I spoke to you the other day. I know my words were hurtful and disrespectful, and that’s not how I want to communicate with you, or anyone for that matter. I’ve been reflecting on our conversation, and I can see how my tone and attitude must have made you feel undervalued and disrespected. You’ve always been someone I look up to, and it pains me to think I caused you any frustration or sadness. You deserve better than that from me. I take full responsibility for what I said. There’s no excuse for raising my voice or being dismissive. I let my emotions get the better of me, and I didn’t consider the impact my words would have on you. It was wrong, and I deeply regret it. Moving forward, I’m committed to being more mindful of my words and how I express myself, especially in moments of frustration. I want to make sure this doesn't happen again, and I’m willing to work on my communication skills to ensure it. I hope you can find it in your heart to talk with me about this when you’re ready. I value our relationship immensely and want to make things right. Thank you for being patient with me as I work through this.
