Missing Practice Due to Suspension

I want to start by sincerely apologizing for missing the first hour of practice after my school suspension. I know that my absence disrupted the flow of our session and likely let you and the team down. I realize that every minute counts during practice, and by not being there, I missed the chance to contribute and grow alongside my teammates. I take full responsibility for my actions. There’s no excuse for not communicating better, and I understand how that might have affected your plans for the day. I know you invest a lot of time and energy into coaching us, and I regret not showing the commitment you expect from me and the rest of the team. To make sure something like this doesn’t happen again, I’m going to work on managing my time better and making sure I prioritize my commitments moving forward. I really appreciate your guidance, and I’m committed to showing that I value your efforts as our coach. I understand if you need some time to process this. I genuinely hope we can talk it out when you’re ready. I want to learn from this experience and continue to improve, both as an athlete and as a team member. Thank you for your understanding.
