I’m really sorry for the way I spoke to you earlier. Using those words was disrespectful and completely out of line, especially when I know you were already feeling down. I can only imagine how hurt and upset that made you, and the last thing I ever want is to add to your pain or make you feel unloved. I take full responsibility for being rude and not choosing my words carefully. There’s no excuse for that. You deserve kindness and patience from me, especially when things get tough. I want you to know that I’m going to work on catching myself before I say things that could hurt you, and I’ll do my best to communicate better and more gently, even when I’m frustrated. You mean so much to me, and it hurts to think I caused you sadness. I’m here to listen whenever you’re ready to talk about how you feel or what I can do to make things right. Please take all the time you need—I care about you deeply and want to support you, not make things harder. Thank you for being patient with me. I love you, and I want to be better for us.
