I want to start by saying how sorry I am for what happened with the email I sent to Daxa at HR Results Ltd. I realize now that I shared information or acted in a way that wasn’t appropriate, and I can only imagine how that might have made you feel—disappointed, worried, or even hurt. That was never my intention, but I understand that my actions caused you stress and maybe even embarrassment. I take full responsibility for not thinking through the consequences before hitting send. It was careless, and I should have come to you first or at least handled it differently. I’m truly sorry for breaking your trust and for the added pressure it put on you. You’ve always been someone I want to make proud, and I see now how I let you down. To make sure this doesn’t happen again, I’m going to be much more mindful about what I share and with whom. I’m also going to check in with you before making decisions that might affect you or our family. If there’s anything specific you want me to do to help fix this, please let me know—I want to make it right. Whenever you feel ready, I’d really like to talk about this more. I miss the closeness we usually have, and I hope we can work through this together. Take all the time you need—I’m here when you’re ready.
