Disrespecting My Stepmom During Conflict

I want to start by saying I’m truly sorry for the disrespect I’ve shown towards [Step Mom's Name]. I let my frustrations get the better of me, and in doing so, I hurt both of you. I realize that my words were hurtful and dismissive, and that’s not okay. I understand how my actions must have made you feel, especially when tensions were already high. You both deserve to be treated with respect and kindness, and I fell short of that. I can only imagine how disheartening it must have been for you to hear me speak that way, and I regret any pain I caused. There’s no excuse for my behavior, and I take full responsibility. I should have handled my feelings differently instead of lashing out. I want to do better.
