Requesting Time Off from the Show

I want to start by saying how deeply sorry I am for not being upfront about my decision to step back from the show this year. I know how much we’ve all put into Steel Expression, and it truly pains me to think that my absence could hurt you or the team, especially since I’ve always been so passionate about what we do together. You’ve created something incredible that resonates with so many young people, including myself. I’ve always admired your dedication and the positive impact you have on our community. I realize that my choice might feel like I’m letting you down, and that’s the last thing I wanted. It’s not easy to navigate the energy between us sometimes, and I understand how my actions might have felt abrupt or even like a betrayal. Please believe me when I say this decision wasn’t made lightly. I’ve been offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and it feels important for my growth. That said, I remain fully committed to Steel Expression and everything we stand for. I want to reassure you that I’ll do everything I can to support the team from the sidelines and keep the door open for future collaboration. I hope we can talk about this when you’re ready; your feelings matter to me, and I want to understand how this has affected you.
