Using Inappropriate Language in Conversation

I want to start by saying I’m really sorry for the way I spoke during our conversation. Using those bad words was disrespectful, and I realize it probably hurt or upset you. That wasn’t okay, and I feel terrible for crossing that line with you. You’ve always been someone I respect and care about, and I hate the thought that my words might have made you feel uncomfortable or less valued. I take full responsibility for how I acted—I shouldn’t have let my frustration come out that way, and I’m sorry for putting that on you. Moving forward, I’m going to be more mindful of how I express myself, especially around you. You deserve better from me, and I want to make sure I don’t let my emotions get the best of me like that again. If you’re open to it, I’d really like to talk about this more when you’re ready, so I can understand how you felt and we can move past it. Thanks for hearing me out. I hope we can get back to the easy, honest friendship we’ve always had.
