Speaking Out of Turn and Neglecting Reservoir Filling

I'm sorry I spoke out of turn on the call and for how I handled the water reservoir. I should have let you finish explaining and I should have treated filling the reservoir as a clear priority instead of leaving it and assuming it would be fine. I realize my interruption came off as impatient and disrespectful, and that made you angrier. I understand that when I cut in and then didn’t visibly prioritize the reservoir, it looked like I wasn’t taking your request seriously. That put you in a position where you felt ignored and frustrated, and I regret causing that. I take full responsibility for both the timing of my comment and for not being more deliberate about the task you asked me to do. I won't shift this onto the call or on you; it was my mistake. To make sure this doesn't happen again, I’ll let you finish before I speak, repeat back what you asked so we’re clear, and set a reminder to check and refill the reservoir when you ask. Today I’ll top it up and show you I’ve done it. I value your time and your expectations, and I want to rebuild the simple trust around these things.
