Apologizing for Disrespectful Behavior

I want to sincerely apologize for my recent behavior. I realize that my repeated refusals and the way I reacted led to your frustration, and I deeply regret that. Hurting you physically by punching you and pulling your jacket was completely unacceptable, and I cannot express how sorry I am for crossing that line. I understand that my actions not only caused you physical pain but also emotional distress. It pains me to think that I made you feel disrespected and diminished your feelings. I take full responsibility for my actions and I know they were wrong. There is no excuse for what I did, and I am committed to reflecting on my behavior to ensure it does not happen again. Moving forward, I want to work on being more communicative and respectful in our interactions. I value our relationship, and I hope to find better ways to express my thoughts and feelings without resorting to anger or physical outbursts. I am open to talking about this whenever you’re ready, and I genuinely hope we can start to rebuild the trust that was damaged.
