Misunderstanding Your Son’s Condition

I want to sincerely apologize for my comment about your son still being asleep. I didn’t take into consideration that he was sick, and my reaction was thoughtless. I can only imagine how frustrating it must have been for you to hear me question something that was already a concern for your family. I realize now that instead of expressing genuine care for both your son and you, I unintentionally added to your stress in that moment. I didn’t mean to come off as insensitive, but I see that my words could have hurt you, and for that, I’m truly sorry. Your feelings matter to me, and I regret not being more thoughtful. Moving forward, I will be more mindful of what I say and how it may impact you and your family. I want to support you in whatever way you need, and I promise to think before I speak in the future. Please know that I’m here if you want to talk about it or if you need anything at all. I hope to rebuild that trust and connection because you and your family mean so much to me.
