I’m really sorry for the mean things I said recently. I know my words were hurtful, and I can only imagine how they made you feel. I let my frustrations get the better of me, and that’s no excuse. You deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, always. I realize that the things I said might have made you feel unloved and unsupported, and that breaks my heart. You are such a wonderful person, and my words should have reflected that. I should have communicated differently, and I regret not choosing my words more carefully. I want you to know I’m committed to working on this. I’m going to take some time to think about my reactions and how I can express myself in a way that’s more constructive. I also want to listen to you, to understand how I can better support you. Your feelings matter to me, and I want to make sure you feel safe sharing them. Please take all the time you need. I’m here when you’re ready to talk. I hope we can find a way to move forward together, because you mean the world to me.
