I’m really sorry for how my actions have made you feel—I never intended to make you feel like an option or that your feelings didn’t matter. When you told me to stop posting sad songs on my Instagram, it hit me hard. I realize now that I’ve been stuck in my past and not listening to your advice about moving on. Instead of being sensitive to how it was affecting you, I kept doing what I wanted, and I can see how that must have felt frustrating and hurtful. I take full responsibility for not respecting your feelings. You care about me, and I should have been more aware of how my choices impact you. It was never my intention to push you away or make you feel unimportant. You deserve better from me. Going forward, I promise to be more mindful of how I express my feelings and to actively listen when you share your thoughts. I want to work on being more present and supportive, not just for myself but for you too. It’s important to me that you feel valued and respected in our relationship. I understand if you need some time to process everything. I’m here whenever you’re ready to talk or if you just want to hang out. I miss our connection and want to make things right.
