I’m truly sorry for the way I spoke to you—the rude words and harsh tone were completely unacceptable. Calling you names like “idiot,” telling you to “get off,” and using other hurtful language was wrong, and I regret every moment I made you feel disrespected or hurt. You didn’t deserve that from me, and I’ve been reflecting deeply on how damaging my words must have felt. I take full responsibility for my behavior. There’s no excuse for speaking to you that way, and I want you to know I’m committed to changing how I handle my frustration and emotions. I’m working on recognizing when I’m about to lose control so I can pause and choose kinder, more respectful words instead. I love you and value our relationship more than anything. It hurts me to know I caused you pain, and I want to rebuild the trust I’ve shaken. Whenever you feel ready, I’d like to talk about how we can move forward together. But I understand if you need time and space first. Please know I’m here, and I’m truly sorry.
