Disappointing and Disrespecting Our Teacher Daily

I want to sincerely apologize for how our class has been treating you every day. I can only imagine how frustrating and disappointing it must be to feel disrespected and unappreciated despite your efforts. I take full responsibility for my part in this, and I’m truly sorry for contributing to an environment that hasn’t shown you the respect you deserve. I understand that this behavior affects not just the atmosphere in class but also how you feel about your work and dedication. You’ve invested time and care into teaching us, and it’s unfair that we haven’t reflected that back. I wish I could change the whole class dynamic, but I realize that’s beyond my control. Still, I want to acknowledge that my actions matter, and I’m committed to doing better personally. We know there’s not much time left before we graduate next year, and while the class as a whole might not shift overnight, I want to do my part to make the remaining time more respectful and productive. If there’s anything specific you think I or a few of us could do to improve the situation or support you, I’m open to hearing it. Thank you for your patience so far. I hope we can find a way forward that makes things better, even in small ways. I’m here to listen whenever you’re ready to talk.
