Losing Control of Emotions

I'm really sorry for the way I acted the other day. I know I let my emotions get the best of me, and I can only imagine how that must have felt for you. It was completely unfair to take out my frustration on you, especially knowing I wasn’t in the right frame of mind without my medicine. I want you to know that I take full responsibility for my actions. I shouldn’t have raised my voice or let my feelings spill over in a way that hurt you. I recognize how much that must have impacted you, and it pains me to think I caused you any upset. You deserve better from me. I’m committed to getting better at managing my emotions, and I promise to keep a closer eye on my health so that I’m not caught off guard like that again. I want you to feel safe and supported when we talk, and I know I need to work on that. Please know that I'm here to talk whenever you’re ready. I value our relationship deeply and want to make things right between us. I hope we can work through this together.
