Interrupting and Fighting Instead of Listening

You deserve to be treated with respect and understanding, not to feel like you’re constantly defending yourself or facing my blunt responses. Moving forward, I want to change this behavior. I’m committing to pausing and really listening before reacting. I plan to practice mindfulness in our conversations and give you the space you need to express yourself fully.
