Repeatedly Making Mistakes and Apologizing

I’m really sorry for not listening to you and making the same mistakes over and over again. I know I’ve said “I won’t do this again” and “sorry” so many times, but then I end up hurting you anyway. I can only imagine how frustrating and hurtful that must be for you, and I hate that I’ve made you feel like you can’t trust me or be heard. I take full responsibility for not changing my actions despite your patience and for not showing you the respect you deserve. You’ve been so patient, and I realize now that my words without real change have only made things worse between us. I don’t want to keep breaking your trust or pushing you away. From now on, I want to do better—not just say it. I’m going to work on really hearing you, understanding what you need from me, and being more mindful so I don’t repeat the same mistakes. If you’re willing, I’d like to talk when you feel ready, so I can listen properly and we can figure out how to move forward together. I love you and I’m sorry for the pain I’ve caused. I hope we can find a way back to each other when you’re ready.
