I’m truly sorry for not offering you a place to stay when you needed it. I realize that my decision might have made you feel unwelcome or unsupported, and that’s the last thing I ever wanted. You deserved better from me, especially when you were in a tough spot. I can imagine how disappointing it must have felt to reach out and not have the support I could have provided. I take full responsibility for that. There’s no excuse for not being there for you when you needed a safe space, and I regret that my actions didn’t reflect the love and care I have for you. Moving forward, I want you to know that I’m committed to being a better support system for you. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation again, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
