Apologizing for Wrongful Blame and Distrust

I need to start by saying I'm truly sorry for blaming you for things you didn’t do and for looking so hard for faults that simply weren’t there. I realize now that my way of thinking was misguided, and you were right when you said not everyone is like me. You’re a better person than I’ve given you credit for, and it breaks my heart to know that my actions hurt you. I can only imagine how frustrating and painful it must have been to feel like you were being unfairly attacked. You didn’t deserve that, and I want you to know that I take full responsibility for my behavior. It wasn't fair to put that emotional weight on you, and I’ve been reflecting on how my insecurities came out in the worst ways. I love you and miss you more than I can express. I want to work on myself to ensure this doesn’t happen again. I’m committed to being more mindful and to communicate better with you. I hope to learn how to manage my feelings without projecting them onto you. Please take the time you need; I respect that. When you’re ready, I’d love to talk about this more and find a way to move forward together. You mean the world to me, and I want to make things right.
