I want to sincerely apologize for my outburst the other day. I raised my voice, and I know that my reaction was completely uncalled for. I let my frustration with others spill over onto you, and that was unfair and hurtful. I realize now how my actions affected you, and I deeply regret making you feel disrespected and uncomfortable. You deserve better from me as a friend, and I take full responsibility for my behavior. There is no excuse for losing my temper, and I am truly sorry for letting my emotions get the best of me. To ensure this doesn’t happen again, I am actively working on managing my stress better and finding healthier ways to cope with difficult situations. I value our friendship and want to make sure I approach our interactions with the care and respect that you deserve. I understand if you need some time to process this.
