I completely understand that my decision to buy it and then get caught was a betrayal of your trust and the rules we agreed on. I can only imagine how disappointing and frustrating this must have been for you, and I regret putting you in that position. I take full responsibility for my actions. There’s no excuse for what I did, and I recognize that I should have thought about how it would affect not just me, but you as well. My choices didn't just affect our friendship; they went against the understanding we had, and I can see how this might have made you feel let down. To make things right, I’m committed to being more mindful of my decisions moving forward. I promise to talk to you openly about any struggles I’m facing, instead of trying to handle everything on my own. I hope to regain your trust and show you that I can learn from this mistake. I understand if you need some time to process this, but I would love to talk when you feel ready. I value our friendship deeply and want to do everything I can to mend what’s been broken.
