Missing Your Message and Being Rude

I’m really sorry for missing the text on that image and then being rude about it. I can tell that made you feel like I wasn’t paying attention or that I didn’t care, and that’s the last thing I want. You took the time to share something with me, and I totally dropped the ball by not catching it and then snapping instead of just asking or clarifying. I own that completely—no excuses. I should have been more present and patient. I’m going to be more careful about really looking at what you send before reacting because you deserve that respect from me. Thanks for putting up with my mess-up this time. If you want to talk it out or just hang and move past it, I’m here whenever you’re ready. I value our friendship a lot and don’t want this to come between us.
