Failing to Text as Promised

I'm so sorry I didn't text you last night like I said I would. I fell asleep and never sent the message — that was my fault. I know you were expecting to hear from me, and I can imagine it made you feel ignored or unimportant, especially with the whole "Princess" vibe between us. I hate that I let you down like that. I take full responsibility. There’s no excuse for leaving you waiting. To make sure this doesn't happen again, I'll set a reminder when I say I'll text you, and if I'm likely to crash I’ll send a quick heads-up or tell you to call if it's urgent. If you prefer, I can text a one-word update instead of staying silent. For today, I want to make it up to you — coffee, lunch, a walk, or whatever feels right. If you'd rather have space, I completely understand; tell me what you need and I'll respect it. I care about our friendship and about being someone you can rely on. Can I make this right today?
