Making a Poor Choice in the Locker Room

I want to sincerely apologize for my behavior in the locker room the other day. I realize that I made a poor choice that not only reflects badly on me but also impacts our team and you as our coach. My comments were disrespectful and inappropriate, and I can only imagine how disappointing it must have been for you to witness that. I take full responsibility for my actions and understand that they jeopardize not just our team dynamic, but also the trust and respect you work hard to cultivate. I regret not only the words I chose but also the atmosphere I created, which went against the values we stand for as a team. Moving forward, I'm committed to being more mindful of my behavior and language. I’ve been reflecting on how I can contribute positively, and I intend to engage in discussions with teammates about mutual respect and accountability. I want to ensure that everyone feels valued and supported, as that’s crucial for our success. Please know that I am genuinely remorseful for my actions and the disruption they caused.
