I'm really sorry for sending that garbled, unreadable message earlier. I know it must have been confusing and probably wasted your time trying to make sense of it or waiting for clarification. That was my mistake, and I take full responsibility for creating extra friction when we should have been communicating clearly. What I sent was supposed to explain our plan for the project and confirm deadlines, but instead it came through as nonsense. I understand that left you unsure about what to do next and may have disrupted your schedule or created extra work to track down the right information. I shouldn't have hit send without checking that it was readable and accurate. To make this right, I'm attaching a clear, complete version of what I meant to send and a short bullet summary of the key points so you can see it at a glance. I will also follow up in person or over a quick call to confirm we're on the same page. Going forward I'll double‑check messages and, for anything important, send a quick confirmation message so you know it arrived correctly. I value working with you and hate that I made things harder. If there's anything else I can do to fix this—redoing a section, covering extra tasks, or answering questions—please tell me. I'm here to make it right and to avoid this happening again.
