Causing the Jeep Accident

I’m really sorry for what happened with the Jeep last night. I know how much that truck means to you, and I hate that I ended up wrecking it. When the wheel started spinning on that patch of black ice and wouldn’t line up right, I felt completely out of control, but that doesn’t change the fact that I was driving and responsible for what happened. I can only imagine how frustrated and upset you must be, not just because of the damage, but because I put us in that situation. You trusted me to be careful, and I let you down. I want you to know I’m owning this fully—no excuses about the road conditions or anything else. I should have been more cautious, especially knowing how tricky it can get out there. I’ve already started looking into getting an estimate for the repairs and will cover the costs. Going forward, I’m going to be way more careful driving, especially in bad weather, and I want to work with you on figuring out the best way to keep the Jeep safe. If you want, I’m open to talking about what happened whenever you feel ready. I really want to make this right between us.
