Neglecting Responsibilities and Disregarding Instructions

I’m really sorry for not doing my stuff and not following your directions like I was supposed to. I know it probably made things harder for you and maybe even frustrated you, and that’s the last thing I wanted. I messed up by not taking responsibility and just doing what you asked, and I can see how that might have felt disrespectful or like I wasn’t taking things seriously. I want you to know I’m owning this fully—no excuses. I understand that when I don’t follow through, it puts extra pressure on you, and that’s not fair. Moving forward, I’m going to make sure I pay closer attention and get things done the way you’ve asked. I’m also going to check in if I’m ever unsure, instead of just ignoring it. If there’s anything I can do to make up for this or help fix what I messed up, please let me know. I really appreciate you and don’t want this to come between us.
