I’m truly sorry for the way I treated you recently. I realize that my words and actions were disrespectful, and I can see how they made you feel unappreciated. You deserve to be treated with kindness and respect, and I failed to show you that. I can’t express enough how much I regret making you feel that way. You have been such an important part of my life, and it pains me to think that I hurt you. I recognize that my behavior created unnecessary tension between us and made you doubt your worth in our relationship. Taking full responsibility, I want to assure you that I’m committed to making this right. I’ve been reflecting on what I could have done differently and how I can ensure I communicate more thoughtfully in the future. I want to be more mindful of my words and to really listen to your feelings before responding. Your feelings matter to me, and I want to do everything I can to rebuild the trust we have. I understand that you might need some time to process this, and I respect that completely. Whenever you’re ready, I’d love the chance to talk things through, if you’re open to it.
