I want to start by sincerely apologizing for my actions that led to my termination and the way I reacted when you tried to help me. I realize now that my choice of words was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful, especially when you were trying to support me during a difficult time. I’m deeply sorry for putting you in that position. I fully understand that my negligence caused damage and that my attitude contributed to a stressful environment for you and the team. You were looking out for my best interests, and I failed to appreciate that in the moment. I take full responsibility for my actions and the consequences that followed. It was wrong of me to deflect my accountability, and I regret the way I handled the situation. Moving forward, I am committed to learning from this experience. I plan to take some courses on effective communication and professionalism, so I can handle difficult situations with more maturity and respect. It’s important to me that I grow from this and ensure it doesn’t happen again. I value the relationship we built and would love the chance to talk, if and when you feel ready. I completely understand if you need time to process everything, but I hope we can find a way to move past this. Thank you for your understanding.
