I want to start by sincerely apologizing for the damage I caused and for my inappropriate response when you were trying to help me. I realize now that my words not only reflected poorly on me but also disregarded the effort you were making to support me. I can only imagine how frustrating and disappointing that must have been for you as my boss. Taking full responsibility, I understand the impact my actions had on you and the team. Not only did I disrupt our work environment, but I also let down someone who has always been there to guide me. I regret that moment and the way it may have affected our working relationship. I’ve taken some time to reflect on this situation, and I've committed to learning from my mistakes. I plan to enroll in conflict resolution training to improve my communication skills and ensure that I can handle challenging situations more appropriately in the future. I want to demonstrate that I can be a reliable team member who contributes positively moving forward. I understand if you need time to process what happened, but I hope we can have a conversation about this when you feel ready.
