Apology for Walking Out of Lunch

I owe you an apology for leaving during lunch without explanation. That was immature of me, and I left you in an awkward position. There's no excuse for that behavior.

I understand that my abrupt departure was disrespectful of your time and whatever we were discussing. You deserved better, and I should have handled things differently — whether by communicating what was bothering me or simply staying and addressing it properly.

I'm committed to acting more professionally going forward. If something comes up in the future, I'll speak up directly rather than walk away. Thank you for your patience.
