Speaking Harshly When Anger Takes Over
To my jaanu,
Babu, I know I hurt you today. I let my anger get the better of me and said things that were more harsh than they needed to be—things that came from frustration, not from what I really feel. You didn't deserve that, and I hate that I made you feel bad.
I can be thoughtless sometimes, speaking louder than I should, saying more than I mean. But that's no excuse for taking it out on you. You're the one person I never want to hurt, and yet here I am, doing exactly that.
Please forgive me. I'm going to try harder to keep my anger in check before it spills onto you. You mean everything to me—you're my jaanu. I know words are just words right now, but I want to show you with my actions that I'm better than this.
Eat something for me, please. Take care of yourself. I love you.
Yours, Rehan
