For My Anger and Judgment Toward You
To my future wife shreya,
I need you to know how deeply I regret the way I've treated you. When I react without thinking, when I let my anger spill over, when I've judged you for things in your past—I'm not being the man you deserve, and I know that. You've shown me nothing but love and trust, and I've responded by creating arguments and making you feel like you need to constantly explain yourself. That's not fair to you, and it stops now.
You asked for understanding, respect, patience, and emotional security. Those aren't small things—they're the foundation of what we're building together, and I've taken them for granted. I see how much it hurts you when I react without thinking, and that's on me to fix.
I'm not just saying this: I'm committing to working on my anger, to being more thoughtful before I speak, to showing up as someone you can rely on. I know words without action mean nothing. But I also know that you're worth every effort it takes to become better. I want to be the partner who gives you the security and respect you deserve, not the one who creates chaos.
Thank you for believing in me even when I've made it hard. I'm going to prove that belief isn't wasted.
