Missing School When You Made Pasta
Dear aalu,
I'm really sorry I didn't show up to school. You took the time to make pasta for me, and I just wasn't there. That was thoughtless, and I know it probably felt like I didn't care about what you were doing for me — but that's not it at all.
You put effort into something nice, and I let you down. I should have been there, and I should have let you know if something was going on. That's on me.
I appreciate you doing that, even if I messed up. I'm sorry.
